Sizes:Pre-pregnancy pant size: JP=1-3, P=4-7, S=8-10, M=12-13, L=14-16, 1X=18-20, 2X=22-24, 3X=26-28, 4X=30-32, 5X=34-36, 6X=38-40.
Special Sizing Tips: Use one size larger than your pre-pregnancy size.
Washing Instructions: Hand washable in warm water. Squeeze gently, do not twist or wring. Do not use bleach. Machine dry, delicate only.
